Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to personal information when you visit this website or contact Coastal Air about a service.

Last updated 24 September 2026

Who is responsible for your information?

Coastal Air is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. To ask a privacy question, request our business details or exercise a data protection right, use the details on our contact page.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected service, postcode or location, message and the page from which you contacted us. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the message unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Our server also processes limited technical information needed to receive and protect the request. If the hosting proxy is configured to pass a visitor address, a temporary attempt counter may use that address to limit repeated submissions. A hash of the enquiry is held briefly to prevent duplicate delivery. We do not use those temporary values to build a visitor profile.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible service: this is necessary to take steps you request before entering a contract.
  • To protect the form from spam and duplicate submissions: this supports our legitimate interest in keeping the website and enquiry process reliable.
  • To manage work you later agree with us: relevant records may be needed to perform a contract, meet legal obligations or handle a dispute.

Submitting the form does not sign you up to marketing. We do not use the form as consent for marketing messages.

Who receives it

Successful enquiries are sent to Coastal Air’s GoHighLevel account, where a contact record is created or updated and the enquiry is added as a note. Our website hosting and technical service providers may also process information as needed to operate the site and deliver enquiries. We do not sell enquiry information.

Those providers may process information outside the UK. If you need details of a particular provider, destination or the applicable transfer protection, please contact us before submitting information.

How long we keep it

The website’s spam attempt counters and duplicate submission records expire after about ten minutes. Enquiry records in the contact system are kept while needed to respond, manage any resulting customer relationship, and meet applicable record keeping or legal requirements. We review records against those purposes and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. You can ask about the period applied to your particular enquiry.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To make a request, contact Coastal Air and tell us how we can identify the relevant enquiry.

Your choices and other websites

You can contact us without using the form through the options shown on the contact page. The information requested in the form is needed to route and answer that enquiry; if it is missing, the form cannot send it. External sites reached through our links have their own privacy practices. For storage on this site, see our Cookie Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our services or website practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
